Company History

In 2016, Tom Meurer and Bill Laufer combined their unique talents and skills to purchase Fishy’s Bakery in Fond du Lac, WI. Prior to 2016, Bill was a Sales Manager with leading companies in the outdoor industry, and Tom, an accomplished third-generation scratch Baker was honing his skills in the areas of wholesale and retail Baking.

Fishy’s Bakery serviced hotels, gas stations and grocery stores with made from scratch donuts, cookies, muffins, cakes and other high-quality baked goods.

Always an innovator, Tom was developing a line of artisan breadsticks in his spare time. Trends in the snack category were showing a growing demand for a niche item like a high-quality breadstick. Many recipes were tested, specialized equipment was purchased, and DIPSTICKS were born.

Currently, DIPSTICKS are sold in grocery, convenience and specialty shops. DIPSTICKS sell great in the Deli Department alongside soft cheeses, dips and hummus products. When customers buy DIPSTICKS, they turn into repeat customers!!!
